The Apple Store is a granite wing of the 16th century farmhouse which has been converted to provide a self contained self catering cottage for visitors. 

• From the front door you enter a spacious open plan kitchen/living area.
• The kitchen which has a granite floor is well equipped with full sized electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
• The sitting area has a sofa and two comfortable chairs, a television with DVD player grouped around the wood stove.
• The cottage has full oil fired central heating.
• Upstairs, the original farm applestore, one bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower, WC and hand washbasin.
• The second bedroom has two single beds with ensuite bath, WC and hand washbasin.
• All sheets and towels are provided.
• There is parking for two cars immediately outside, and there is a very small patio with table and chairs, or the owners' garden can be available by request.

It is close to the south coast and situated 3 miles to the west of St. Austell in a rural area. It is a convenient base for visits to the Eden project, 7 miles, and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, 7 miles. The nearest beach is 5 miles away at Porthpean. The Farmhouse is about 50 yds below a minor road in the heart of rural Cornwall's farm land.  

Visitors are welcome to walk about on the farm; we have some cattle, horses, two large ponds stocked with roach and rudd, a stream and woodland.

Electricity and heating are included. Non-smoking.
